The College of Business at the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST), in collaboration with the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, has launched a new Executive Master of Health Administration (EMHA) program.


The graduate program is designed to develop the next generation of healthcare leaders and administrators in Qatar and across the region by combining academic excellence with practical, industry-focused learning.

The Executive Master of Health Administration aims to equip experienced healthcare professionals with the strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and system-level expertise needed to manage and transform modern healthcare organizations.


Through a curriculum focused on leadership, strategy, innovation, and healthcare management, participants will gain the knowledge required to advance into senior executive positions.

Speaking about the launch, Dean of the College of Business at UDST, Dr. Vincent Mangematin, highlighted the importance of the program in supporting Qatar's healthcare sector.


He stated that the Executive Master of Health Administration reflects the university's commitment to preparing highly skilled leaders who can drive innovation and improve healthcare systems across the region.


Meanwhile, Vice Dean for Graduate Professional Programs at the University of Ottawa, Dr. Greg Richards, emphasized the value of international collaboration in addressing emerging healthcare challenges and preparing future leaders for an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

According to UDST Director of Student Services Ahmed Al Sayegh, the program has been carefully designed to prepare healthcare professionals for leadership, executive, and academic roles.
